Good Life bootcamps are unique from other CrossFit gyms in that we offer a reoccurring fundamentals camp, our Flex Camp, to introduce you to the culture of CrossFit. At Good Life we believe with proper coaching anyone can safely participate in any CrossFit workout. Our Flex Camp is a 6 week introduction to the Good Life lifestyle. This camp is our introductory level where you will learn the foundations of functional movement and nutrition. At the conclusion of this 6 week camp you will move better, be stronger, and have a better understanding of nutrition’s role in overall strength and health. Our first camp begins January 16th. Flex Camps are limited to 12 participants to allow personal coaching in a group environment.
